To have a valid entry

1. Create a free Vice City Intelligence forum account.
2. Make at least one meaningful, approved post or comment during the published qualifying period.
3. Keep the account in good standing through the closing date.
4. Only one entry is allowed per household. Multiple entries from the same household will be disqualified.

Pro membership is not required. Pro members receive separate community benefits, but no better odds or preferential treatment in the controller competition.

What counts as active?

A meaningful contribution is an original, on-topic post or comment that adds to the discussion. Spam, duplicate content, automated activity, empty replies, and attempts to manipulate engagement do not qualify. Moderators may remove content that breaks the community rules.

Household rule

One entry per household means people sharing the same residential address may not submit separate entries. We may request reasonable information to verify household eligibility. Duplicate or misleading entries may be removed without notice.

Final terms

The final terms will state the prize, eligible territories, age requirements, opening and closing times, winner-selection method, verification process, household verification, and delivery details before the competition opens on 13 November 2026.

This pre-launch page describes the planned entry requirement, not the final legal terms. No purchase is required. The promotion is independent and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
